Talwalkars Board approves auditor, CS appointments, office shift

Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting on April 14, 2026, approved several key changes. The company's registered office will shift to a new Mumbai address. M/s. S K Bhavsar & Co. were appointed as Statutory Auditors for FY2026-27, subject to member approval, and authorized to audit pending financial statements. M/s Pooja M Patel & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, and M/s. Kishan Patel & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27. The Board also noted the resignation of Ms. Pooja Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and appointed Mr. Kamlesh Laxmanbhai Bachani to the role.
