Earthstahl & Alloys: KMP Authorisation Under SEBI Norms

Earthstahl & Alloys Ltd. has authorized Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures to the Stock Exchange, as per Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 30, 2026. Mr. Rajesh Somani and Mr. Prawin Somani are authorized severally for determining materiality, while Mr. Ankit Dewangan, Company Secretary, is also authorized for making disclosures to the Stock Exchange.
