Earthstahl & Alloys Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for HY Results

Earthstahl & Alloys Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from October, 2025, up to 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the half-year ending 30th September, 2025. The date of the board meeting will be intimated separately.
