Earthstahl & Alloys Ltd to Approve Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for H1 2025

Earthstahl & Alloys Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 14th November 2025 to consider and approve the un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the half-year ended 30th September 2025. The trading window for 'Designated Persons' and their immediate relatives has been closed from 1st October 2025 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's 'Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading’.
