The company plans to raise up to 80 Crores through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or other permissible modes, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. The funds will support the establishment of a processing and packaging unit, a research-driven distillation and formulation facility, working capital infusion for high-volume institutional orders, and digital traceability and compliance infrastructure. The company also aims to form a non-statutory Advisory Board of 4-6 professionals for strategic guidance, strengthening governance, and providing sectoral intelligence and global market insights. The estimated non-binding advisory budget is 50-75 Lakhs annually, inclusive of honoraria and facilitation costs.
