East Buildtech Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 12th February 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025. The meeting will also discuss other business items. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company by designated persons will be closed from 1st January 2026 to 14th February 2026 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the company.
