Eastcoast Steel Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Eastcoast Steel Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Krishnan & Giri as Internal Auditors for FY2026-2027 and set September 28, 2026, as the fixed date for the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Annual Report for FY2025-2026 will be sent to members in due course.
