Eastcoast Steel Ltd Schedules Board Meeting to Approve Q3 Results of FY2025-2026

Eastcoast Steel Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 13th February 2026 to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The meeting is scheduled at the corporate office in Mumbai. In accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the company's equity shares will be closed from 1st January 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the financial results are made public.
