Logica Infoway Ltd Announces 30th AGM, Reports 4.5% Revenue Growth in FY25

Logica Infoway Ltd, a leading technology distribution company, has announced its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 25, 2025. The company has reported a 4.5% growth in total revenue for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, reaching INR 11,149.5 million. The retail vertical recorded outstanding growth of 52.4%, contributing INR 1,736 million to the total revenue. The distribution business and e-commerce business also reported growth of 4.8% and 6.5% respectively. However, the export business saw a decline due to a strategic decision to focus on higher-margin domestic opportunities.
