Eastern Silk Industries Appoints New CFO and Internal Auditor

Eastern Silk Industries Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Aayush Goel as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 1, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Dilip Shah as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. These appointments were made based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013. The company also authorized Key Managerial Personnel to determine the materiality of events for disclosures.
