Eastern Silk Industries Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Eastern Silk Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
