Easy Trip Planners Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. The window will be shut from July 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The exact date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated later. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities. This measure is in line with the company's Code of Conduct to prevent insider trading.
