Easy Trip Planners Ltd. to Acquire AB Finance for INR 194 Crores via Equity Share Swap

Easy Trip Planners Ltd. has entered into definitive agreements to acquire 100% stake in AB Finance Private Limited for a total purchase consideration of INR 194,43,90,000. The acquisition will be done through the issuance of the Company’s own new fully paid-up equity shares to the selling shareholders of AB Finance on a preferential basis. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the next 3-4 months, subject to customary conditions precedent and regulatory approvals.
