eClerx Services Ltd Announces 1:1 Bonus Issue of 4,70,25,359 Shares

eClerx Services Ltd has announced the allotment of 4,70,25,359 (Four Crores Seventy Lakh Twenty Five Thousands Three Hundred and Fifty Nine) fully paid-up Bonus Equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, in the proportion of 1:1, i.e., 1 (One) new fully paid-up equity share for every 1 (One) existing fully paid- up equity share. The bonus shares will be credited to the shareholders within the statutory time limits. This decision was made by the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors through a circular resolution passed on March 16, 2026. The Register of Members/Register of the Beneficial Owners as on March 13, 2026, was used as the Record Date for this purpose.
