Econo Trade Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Econo Trade (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain shut from July 1st, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is standard practice to prevent insider trading during the sensitive period leading up to financial result announcements.
