Econo Trade Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Econo Trade (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain shut from October 1st, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
