Ecoplast Ltd Allots 13 Lakh Shares in Amalgamation

Ecoplast Limited has approved the allotment of 13,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each to the shareholders of Kunal Plastics Private Limited. This allotment is pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation between the two companies, with a share swap ratio of 52 Ecoplast shares for every 1 Kunal Plastics share. The allotment increases Ecoplast's paid-up equity share capital to Rs. 4,75,45,250. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares and are proposed for listing on BSE.
