ECS: 8 Promoter Group members seek reclassification to Public

ECS Biztech Ltd has received requests from eight members of its Promoter Group seeking reclassification to the "Public" category of shareholders. These requests, dated April 29, 2026, are made in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The reclassification is subject to approval from the company's Board of Directors and BSE Limited. The applicants, including Bharatkumar K Doshi and Shilpa Bharatkumar Doshi, hold varying share percentages, from 0% to 0.39% of the company's total shareholding.
