ECS Biztech: KMP Authorized for Disclosure Materiality

ECS Biztech Ltd has announced that pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) are now authorized to determine the materiality of events and information for disclosures to stock exchanges. This aligns with the company's policy for materiality approved by the Board of Directors. The authorized KMPs include Mr. Sahil Mehta (Director), Mr. Venkateshwaran Jagannath Iyer, and Mrs. Nilam Viren Makwana.
