
NCLT Directs Fresh Form-G Issuance and CIRP Completion within 100 Days for Educomp Solutions Ltd
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has directed Educomp Solutions Ltd to issue a fresh Form G and complete the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) within 100 days. This decision came during the hearing held on March 13, 2026. The NCLT also ordered the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) to initiate an investigation into the SRA's failure to implement the approved Resolution Plan. If offences are made out, IBBI has been directed to file a complaint under Section 236 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The disposal of various other Interim Applications includes a Contempt Petition filed by the ERP, a petition filed by SBI for Resolution Plan implementation, a Contempt Petition filed by IDBI Bank, and an application filed by the ERP seeking directions for execution of the Resolution Plan approval.
