NCLT Orders Fresh Form G for Educomp Solutions Ltd Revival, SRA Fails to Implement Resolution Plan

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi has ordered the issuance of a fresh form G to revive Educomp Solutions Ltd, based on the IA filed by the SBI on behalf of financial creditors. However, the Subsequent Resolution Applicant (SRA) has not implemented the resolution plan approved by the Tribunal, leading to the Tribunal referring the issue to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) for further action under Section 236 (2) of the IBC, 2016. The order was passed on 13th March 2026.
