Edvenswa Enterprises Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 28, 2026, considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company also announced the appointment of M/s ERR & Associates as the internal auditor for the financial year 2026-2027, subject to the Audit Committee's recommendation.
