Edvenswa Enterprises Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons, Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons, and all Connected Persons. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of these results will be intimated in due course.
