EFC (I) Ltd to Acquire 100% Stake in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions

EFC (I) Limited has entered into a Share Acquisition Agreement to acquire 100% equity shareholding in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited. This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen EFC's furniture manufacturing and Design & Build verticals by integrating Ultrafresh's established modular furniture solutions business and its manufacturing facility in North India. Ultrafresh, a 51% subsidiary of TTK Prestige Limited, brings 25 years of industry experience and a comprehensive model spanning design, manufacturing, supply, and installation. The move is expected to create synergies, expand EFC's product portfolio, and enhance its presence in the organized modular solutions market.
