Eighty Jewellers Limited has announced its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 29, 2026, at 12:00 Noon at its registered office in Raipur. The meeting will cover ordinary business, including the adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mrs. Ankita Bardia as a director. Special business includes the re-appointment of Mr. Nikesh Bardia as Managing Director for a five-year term from December 6, 2026, to December 5, 2031. Shareholders will have the option for remote e-voting from September 25 to September 28, 2026, with a cut-off date of September 22, 2026, for eligibility. Physical voting will be permitted during the AGM.
