EIH LTD. to Invest up to 100% Stake in EIH London Investments Limited for GBP 69 Mn.

EIH LTD. has decided to invest up to 100% stake in EIH London Investments Limited, which is a hospitality company. The total share capital of the target entity is GBP 69 million, comprising of 69 million shares of GBP 1 each. The transaction will be at arms' length and will enable EIH LTD. to have a strong brand presence in London, a key market for the company. The acquisition is expected to be completed by 30th November 2024. The consideration is cash and the cost of acquisition is 69 Mn shares of 1 GBP each.
