Eiko Lifesciences Board Approves Director Appointments, AGM Date

Eiko Lifesciences Ltd held a Board Meeting on August 24, 2026. The board noted the resignation of Ms. Hasti Doshi as Independent Director and approved the appointment of Mr. Suraj Mahadev Gaikwad as Additional Director (Independent and Non-Executive). The board also recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Bhavesh Dhirajlal Tanna as Director.
