Lenus Finvest Private Limited, a promoter group entity of Eiko Lifesciences Ltd, has acquired 1,50,000 Equity Shares through the conversion of warrants allotted on a preferential basis. This acquisition represents 1.02% of the issued and subscribed equity shares. Following this transaction, Lenus Finvest's aggregate holding in Eiko Lifesciences stands at 26,90,472 Equity Shares, which is 18.18% of the total issued capital on a non-diluted basis. The transaction was completed on October 16, 2026.
