Ekam Leasing & Finance Company Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Regulations

Ekam Leasing & Finance Company Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
