Ekam Leasing Gets 3-Month AGM Extension from ROC

Ekam Leasing & Finance Company Ltd has received a three-month extension from the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Delhi II, to hold its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM, originally due by September 30, 2026, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, can now be convened on or before December 31, 2026. This extension was granted based on the company's application citing circumstances preventing timely convening of the AGM. The ROC has advised the company to ensure future compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
