Ekansh Concepts Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also accepted the resignations of Mr. Hanuman Patel as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Mr. Mahesh Kumar Birla as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mrs. Diksha Chandaliya has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, and Mrs. Neha Beriwala as CFO, effective May 26, 2026 and June 01, 2026, respectively. M/s. Tibrewal Chand & Co. has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-2027.
