Ekansh Concepts Ltd Closes Trading Window Under SEBI Regulations

Ekansh Concepts Ltd, formerly known as Paramone Concepts Limited, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results will be intimated separately.
