Ekennis Software re-appoints AY & Company as Auditor for 5 years

Ekennis Software Service Ltd has informed the exchange about the re-appointment of M/s AY & Company as its Statutory Auditor for a second term of five consecutive years. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on September 02, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The new term will commence after the conclusion of the 7th AGM in FY 2026-27 and will extend until the conclusion of the 12th AGM in FY 2030-31. The company also approved the Board's Report, Management Discussion and Analysis, and the notice for the 7th AGM. Additionally, Mrs. Manisha Sharma was re-appointed as Managing Director for five years.
