Ekennis Software Service Ltd to Enter Joint Development Agreement for Commercial Property Construction

Ekennis Software Service Ltd is set to enter into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Mr. Dinesh Raj and Mrs. Ashwini Janardhanam for the construction of a commercial property on the land owned by the company in Bengaluru. The agreement is not a related party transaction and the developers are not related to the promoter/promoter group/group in any manner. The license granted by the company to the developers is irrevocable till the completion of the project. The company will retain legal possession of the property subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
