El Forge Reappoints VRKSPJ & Co. as Internal Auditors for 3 Years

El Forge Ltd has approved the reappointment of VRKSPJ & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants from Chennai, as its internal auditors for a period of three years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2028-29. This decision was made based on the recommendations of the audit committee and was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 12, 2026. The company also announced the approval of its standalone un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from the auditors. Additionally, the board will seek shareholder approval for the reappointment of Mrs. Shubha Ganesh as Independent Director and Mr. M.S. Sivakaminathan as an additional director in the capacity of independent director.
