Elantas Beck India Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. The main purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities for all designated persons and their immediate relatives closed on April 1, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are publicly declared to the stock exchanges.
