Elantas Beck India: KMP Disclosure & Q3 Results Approved

Elantas Beck India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 28, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2026. The company also appointed Ms. Supriya Bansal as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective October 28, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Rahul Pomal's functional responsibilities were expanded. The Board also approved the list of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) authorized to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures to the stock exchange. The financial results show total income of ₹27,179.09 Lakhs for the quarter and ₹79,957.27 Lakhs for the nine months ended September 30, 2026. Profit before tax for the quarter was ₹6,096.81 Lakhs, and for the nine months was ₹19,626.59 Lakhs.
