Eldeco Housing Submits FY26 Annual Report & AGM Notice

Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd. has submitted its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-2026, along with the Notice for its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 23, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The report highlights a significant increase in booking value, which more than doubled to ₹743.9 crore, and area booked exceeding 10.8 lakh square feet. The company also secured three major projects in Lucknow with a cumulative GDV of nearly ₹2,000 crore. The report details a 39% collection value of ₹352.1 crore and 14% construction spend of ₹177.7 crore. The company emphasizes its growth is a result of compounding its franchise built project by project since 1985.
