Elecon Engineering Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This closure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain open 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter become public. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during this period. The company also scheduled a Board Meeting for July 10, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the said quarter.
