Electronics Mart India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 7, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results will be presented on a standalone and consolidated basis, following a review by the Audit Committee. Concurrently, the company has closed its trading window from July 1, 2026, which will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations.
