Electronics Mart India Ltd Grants Authority to Explore Expansion Opportunities

The Board of Directors of Electronics Mart India Limited has granted authority to certain identified individuals to evaluate and explore various avenues for expansion. This includes organic growth initiatives and inorganic opportunities such as acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, strategic alliances, or similar arrangements, in India and/or overseas. However, there is no material event or information that requires a specific disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company will make appropriate disclosures in compliance with applicable laws, as and when required.
