Electronics Mart India Ltd Secures International Trademark Registrations for 'BAJAJ ELECTRONICS' and 'ELECTRONICS MART' Brands

Electronics Mart India Limited has recently obtained trademark registrations for its flagship brands 'BAJAJ ELECTRONICS' and 'ELECTRONICS MART' in the International Register of Marks maintained under the Madrid Agreement and Protocol. The trademarks have been registered with effect from 11 November 2024. The registration certificates were issued by the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The company has provided a detailed list of goods and services for both trademarks in the annexure attached to the letter.
