Electrosteel: Final Dividend of ₹0.90 Recommended

Electrosteel Castings Ltd's board approved audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of ₹0.90 per share. The board also re-appointed Mr. Uddhav Kejriwal as Whole-time Director for 5 years and approved his remuneration for 3 years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mrs. Priya Manjari Todi's tenure as Whole-time Director was revised to 5 years. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee was re-constituted following Mr. Rajkumar Khanna's resignation as Chairman.
