Elegant Floriculture Allots 22,26,666 Equity Shares

Elegant Floriculture & Agrotech India Ltd's board approved the allotment of 22,26,666 equity shares (face value ₹10 each) following the conversion of an equivalent number of fully convertible equity warrants. These warrants were part of a preferential allotment made on November 26, 2024, to non-promoter category individuals. The company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹19,96,71,500 to ₹22,19,38,160. The remaining 34,73,334 warrants will be converted within 18 months.
