Elegant Floriculture to hold 33rd AGM on Sep 28, 2026

Elegant Floriculture & Agrotech India Ltd has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM via video conferencing. The agenda includes adopting the standalone audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, re-appointing Mr. Vijaykumarbabulal Soni as a director, and appointing M/s. Sarang Shivajirao Chavan and Associates as statutory auditors for a five-year term. Additionally, the AGM will seek approval for the appointment of Mr. Lavjibhai Hirabhai Maheriya and Mr. Babubhai Lavajibhai Maheriya as Independent Directors for a term of five years.
