Elegant Marbles Approves Audited Results for FY26

Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries Ltd's Board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, during its meeting on May 21, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Agrawal and Mr. Rakesh Agrawal as Chairman & Managing Director and Managing Director, respectively, for a further period of 3 years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. Deepak Mehta & Associates were re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The 41st AGM will be held on July 17, 2026.
