The company stated that all material information, including necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has been regularly disclosed to the stock exchange in a timely and accurate manner. The company reiterated that the price movement is purely due to market conditions and that the management has no control over it. They also confirmed that the promoters have not dealt with any securities of the company.
