Elgi Equipments: Sets AGM Date, ₹2.70 Dividend

Elgi Equipments Ltd's board approved the date for the 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 14, 2026, to be held via video conferencing. They recommended a final dividend of ₹2.70 per equity share for FY26, with a record date of July 17, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Padmaja Alaganandan and Varun Jay Varadaraj as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Independent and Non-Executive Non-Independent, respectively), and the re-appointment of Anvar Jay Varadaraj as Executive Director. Additionally, M/s. STR & Associates were appointed as Cost Auditors for FY27, and the board intends to recommend M/s B S R & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors from the 67th AGM to the 72nd AGM, subject to shareholder approval.
