Elixir Capital Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window effective July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' and BSE circulars. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
