The total holding now stands at 62,000 equity shares. Supriya Lifescience Limited, established in 1987, is a cGMP compliant API manufacturing organization with a leadership position across key and niche products. The company's standalone turnover for the last three financial years is as follows: FY 2024-25 - INR 696.50 Crores, FY 2023-24 - INR 570.34 Crores, and FY 2022-23 - INR 460.93 Crores. The acquisition was made for a consideration of INR 3.95 Crores.
